URL: Last updated: June 2026 By installing or using Tunvio (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If
you do not agree, please do not use the App and uninstall it. Tunvio is solely a viewer / player application. The Tunvio Project does not
host, stream, distribute, sell, or curate any IPTV, video, audio, or other
content. All channels, movies, and series that become visible inside the App
originate exclusively from the Xtream Codes or M3U source you configure in a
profile. The App merely establishes the technical connection to that source you
have chosen and renders the signal locally on your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your IPTV provider or playlist
holds all rights necessary to transmit the relevant content to you. Use of the
App with unauthorised, infringing, or otherwise unlawful sources is strictly
prohibited. Violations may have criminal and civil consequences for you — the
Tunvio Project bears no responsibility for them. The Tunvio Project has no commercial, contractual, technical, or personal
relationship with any provider whose credentials a user may enter into the App.
We do not endorse, advertise, or support any specific provider. The choice of
provider is made by each user on their own responsibility. Certain features of the App may be offered as paid premium features via in-app
purchase or subscription (Android and iOS only). Tunvio can optionally display additional information about movies and series
from The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not
endorsed or certified by TMDB. The feature is disabled by default and operates
with your own TMDB API key (bring your own key). You are solely responsible for
obtaining a valid key and complying with TMDB's terms of use. The Tunvio
Project has no commercial or other relationship with TMDB and makes no warranty
as to the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the data supplied by TMDB. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind,
express or implied. In particular, no assurance is given that the App will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, or that any specific
source will be reachable or compatible. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Tunvio Project shall not be
liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not
limited to: legal consequences resulting from the choice of unlawful content
sources, loss of data, loss of use, content received from, or damage caused by,
third-party servers. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for intent, gross
negligence, or under product liability law) remains unaffected. The following is in particular prohibited:
(a) any use that violates applicable law;
(b) reverse engineering of the App for malicious purposes;
(c) using the App to automatically retrieve or redistribute third-party content
or data;
(d) any use that harms third parties or infringes their rights. These Terms of Use may be updated when future changes to the App warrant it. The
current version is always available at For legal enquiries, contact support@tunv.io. Provider details are set out
